What data we process
When booking: name, email, phone number, number of guests and payment data. When visiting: technically necessary server log data (IP address, date/time, page requested).
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment data as its own controller; your card details never reach our servers. Details: https://stripe.com/privacy.
Legal bases
Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the booking, legitimate interest (f) for secure operation of the site, consent (a) for optional marketing emails.
Retention
We keep booking and invoice data for as long as statutory retention periods require. Marketing consents until you withdraw them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can withdraw consent at any time.
