1. Scope
These terms apply to all bookings of tours and services by Eros Gabriel Dömer (MyMallorcaExperience) via this website.
2. Conclusion of contract
A binding contract is formed once the online booking is completed and payment succeeds. You receive a confirmation with an e-ticket by email.
3. Prices & payment
The prices shown at the time of booking apply, incl. statutory taxes. Payment is made online via Stripe as full payment.
4. Service & schedule
Meeting point, departure time and duration follow from the respective tour and the booking confirmation. Please be at the dock on time.
5. Cancellation & weather
The cancellation policy applies. If we cancel (e.g. for weather/safety), we offer an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Safety & conduct on board
Crew instructions must be followed. We reserve the right to exclude guests from the tour in case of danger or serious misconduct.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Participation in the boat tours requires compliance with the safety instructions and crew directions; we accept no liability for personal items brought on board. Mandatory liability provisions under Spanish law and EU consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
