Free cancellation
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure you can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.
Late cancellation
For cancellations within 48 hours of departure a refund is unfortunately not possible, as your spot stays reserved.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel a tour — for example due to weather or safety — we offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
Rebooking
Rebooking to another date is free up to 48 hours before, subject to availability.
Right of withdrawal
For contracts covering leisure activities tied to a specific date (Art. 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection act RDL 1/2007, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive) there is no statutory right of withdrawal. By completing your booking you agree that the service is provided on the booked date. Our cancellation policy applies.
